Please join Fairmount Park Conservancy for an evening of live music, fireworks, and delicious food celebrating the impact of the Fair Play Campaign for Philadelphia parks.

The evening’s entertainment will be Chill Moody presents Moody’s Klubbhouse, featuring West Philadelphia’s own Chill Moody, the Moody’s Klubbhouse house band, and a variety of special guests.

At the event the Conservancy will honor Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle L. Parker with the John K. Binswanger Park Champion Award, a recognition bestowed on people and organizations who strive through leadership, generosity, and commitment to improve Philadelphia’s parks. The award recognizes Mayor Parker’s dedication to parks through her historic public service career and as a member of the Fair Play Campaign committee.

Over the last five years, the Conservancy’s Fair Play Campaign has achieved historic fundraising success to strengthen Philadelphia’s greatest asset: our city’s parks and the communities they serve. Over 2,700 donors have stepped up to help us create healthy park infrastructure, expand public programs and ensure the Conservancy can meet the needs of park users today and for generations to come.

Play for Parks is a special evening under the stars in West Fairmount Park where we get to thank our supporters and celebrate with everyone who loves Philadelphia parks.

Join us at the historic Welsh Fountain for incredible music, food and drink from local vendors (pay as you go), and a special fireworks show.

Music begins at 7 PM. Fireworks from 8:50 - 9 PM.
